    By using the UniVera website and placing an order through it, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

    1. Orders and Payment

    • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed through the available payment methods.
    • UniVera reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, incorrect product information, or product unavailability.

    2. Prices and Products

    • All prices displayed on the website are in Kuwaiti Dinars unless otherwise stated.

    • UniVera strives to ensure that all product descriptions, information, and prices displayed on the website are accurate.

    3. Shipping and Delivery

    • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area and the nature of the order.
    • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.

    4. Return and Exchange Policy

    Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange:

    • The product must be in its original condition.
    • The product must not have been used, washed, damaged, or altered.
    • All original tags, packaging, and accessories, if applicable, must remain intact.
    • Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided.
    • Products that are excluded from return or exchange due to their nature or applicable regulations will not be eligible.

    In the event that a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications, the request will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait.

    Note: Certain product categories may be subject to different return or exchange periods or restrictions due to their nature, including certain valuable goods, evening and bridal wear, products that come into direct contact with the skin, and perfumes, in accordance with the applicable regulations in Kuwait.

    5. Refunds

    Once a return request has been approved, the value of the returned product will be refunded using the original payment method or another agreed method, in accordance with applicable regulations.

    6. Non-Returnable Products

    Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or altered in a way that prevents it from being resold, unless the return is due to a product defect or the product does not conform to the agreed specifications.

    7. Privacy and Data Protection

    UniVera is committed to protecting customers' privacy and will only use customer information for purposes related to providing services and processing orders, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

    8. Website Rights

    All content available on the UniVera website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by UniVera or used with the permission of the respective owners. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.

    9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the State of Kuwait.
